Join us for a gentle, immersive in-person workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your intuition, and explore what’s emerging for you as you step into 2026.

Rather than rushing into goals or forcing clarity, this experience invites you to listen first through guided meditation, future visualisation, and creative, mixed-media vision boarding experience. The focus is on intuition, inner wisdom, and noticing what wants to take shape in your life next.

Held in a calm, welcoming space in Windsor, this workshop offers a meaningful pause a chance to reflect, create, and leave feeling grounded, inspired, and more connected to yourself.

What to Expect from the Vision Boards & Soul Plans Workshop

We’ll begin the morning gathered in circle with tea and soul food: fresh fruit, chocolate, and cake, creating a relaxed and nourishing atmosphere to settle into the experience.

From there, you’ll be guided through:

• Relaxing guided healing meditations to quiet the mind and ground the body

• A powerful future visualisation to explore what’s unfolding beneath the surface

• Creative mixed-media vision boarding, led intuitively rather than through rigid goal-setting

• Space for reflection, meaning-making, and personal insight

Throughout the workshop, you’ll be supported in creating your own personalised Soul Vision Board for 2026, a visual anchor rooted in your own intuition, imagery, and inner knowing.

Meet Your Guides: Andi Garbarino & Louise Minhas

Andi Garbarino is a mixed media artist, photographer, and heart-led teacher whose work centers on intuition, visual storytelling, and creative reflection. Through collage, imagery, and guided creative processes, Andi helps people tune into their inner wisdom and give form to what they’re sensing but may not yet have words for.

You’ll also be guided by Louise Minhas, Spiritualist Evidential Medium, Psychic & Healer. More about Louise: “I have been walking through my life with Spirit, side by side for over 30 years. I started communicating with Spirit at 9 and have been developing and evolving as a Medium & Mentor ever since. It is my greatest passion to be of assistance in empowering those who seek my services. Guiding you to discover your own intuition and eternal spirit. I do this by offering individual and group mentoring in Meditation, Intuition and Mediumship.”

Together, Andi and Louise create a grounded, supportive space where creativity and spirituality meet — without pressure, dogma, or overwhelm.

(You do NOT have to participate in the gift swap to join us for the after party!)

Please join us in Historic downtown Haverhill for a few hours of plein air painting, exhibitions, demonstrations, music performances and shopping one of a kind unique crafts, fine art, jewelry, woodwork and more handmade by local artists. We will have a paint tent, chalk drawing and other family fun activities. Then stop by one or more of our many fine dining establishments for dinner and drinks.

This class will be co-taught by Creative Harbor Studio owner Katie Ring and professional mixed-media artist Andi Garbarino.

We’ll provide everything you need for your vision board: paper, magazines, embellishments, and a selections of frames to complete your project.

What should I bring?

If you have magazines or favorites scissors, please bring them. You can also come empty handed and we’ll provide everything you need.
